PT Mega Corpora has obtained approval from the Financial Services Authority or OJK to take over around 73.71% of the shares of PT Bank Harda Internasional Tbk (BBHI).

The company gets the consent as it received the decision letter of the OJK Board of Commissioners No. Kep-40 / D.03 / 2021 dated 10 March 2021.

"If the takeover process of the company has been completed, then Mega Corpora will conduct a mandatory tender offer," said President Director of Bank Harda, Yohanes, in an IDX disclosure on Monday (15/3).
