Medikaloka Hermina Plans Share Buyback Rp60 Billion


PT Medikaloka Hermina Tbk (HEAL) has prepared around Rp50 billion to buy back 10 million units of the company's shares with a maximum price of Rp6,000 per share.

"The cost of buying shares arising from the buyback is a fee for the services of a securities brokerage company of a maximum of 0.25% of the transaction value," said Medikaloka Director Hermina Aristo Setiawidjaja in a statement in Jakarta, Wednesday (30/6).

According to Aristo, the estimated nominal value of the shares to be bought back is a maximum of Rp50 billion with a maximum number of 10 million units.

"The buyback price is set at a maximum of Rp6,000 per unit share," he explained.

Furthermore, Hermina has sufficient working capital and cash flow to carry out the share buyback program so that this corporate action will not significantly affect the company's revenue.
