Jakarta - PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk (MEDC) increased the loan amount to PT Exspan Petrogas Intranusa to a maximum of US$7.168 million from US$3.688 million and extended the tenor to December 31, 2022, from December 31, 2021.

This step was marked by the signing of amendments II and III of the intercompany loan agreement.

"The loan is used by PT EPI's business," said Medco Corporate Secretary Siendy K Wisadana through information disclosure on Wednesday (22/12).

He assessed that the increase in loans and the extension of the tenor would not affect the company's financial condition and business continuity.
