PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk (MEDC) has disbursed a credit facility to PT Exspan Petrogas Internusa (EPI) worth US$11.66 million.

"In May 2021, EPI requires additional working capital of US$1 million. The loan is stated in Amendment II dated May 17, 2021 on the Intercompany Loan Agreement dated July 20, 2020," said MEDC Corporate Secretary Siendy Wisandana in the IDX information disclosure on Wednesday ( 14/7).

In 2020, EPI also required additional working capital funds to support its operations of US$2.54 million. Accordingly, the company as the holding company provides loan funds in the amount of this figure based on the Intercompany Loan Agreement dated July 20, 2020.
