The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) of PT Mayora Indah Tbk (MYOR) approved the distribution of dividends for the fiscal year 2020 to shareholders of Rp52 per share or a total of Rp1.16 trillion.

"The dividend represents about 55 percent of the company's profit," said MYOR Finance Director Hendrik Polisar at a public expose on Friday (23/7).

Meanwhile, the company will distribute the dividend on August 3, 2021, to shareholders whose names are recorded in the company's Register of Shareholders on August 4, 2021.

Based on the financial statements as of December 31, 2021, the company recorded a profit for the year attributable to owners of the parent entity of Rp. 2.06 trillion, up 3.51% compared to the previous year of Rp. 1.99 trillion.
