The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) of PT Mark Dynamics Indonesia Tbk (MARK) decided to distribute cash dividends of Rp57.7 billion to 3.8 bllion outstanding shares or Rp15 per share.

President Director of Mark Dynamics Indonesia Ridwan Goh said the cash dividend represented around 39.53% of the 2020 net profit of Rp144.19 billion.

"MARK management has committed to provide added value for shareholders, among others, by proposing cash dividends every year. This year is the third year for MARK to distribute dividends after the IPO in 2017, even this year's dividends are given a larger percentage in line with the achievement of net profit which has increased significantly, "he said, on Monday (31/5).
