PT Mandala Multifinance Tbk (MFIN) offers a coupon of sustainable bonds IV phase III in 2021 of 8.75-9.50%.

The summary prospectus published on Wednesday (21/9) showed that the number of bonds in phase III offered is a maximum of Rp300 billion, consisting of two series, namely Series A of Rp150 billion with a coupon of 8.75% and a term of 370 days, and Series B of Rp150 billion with a coupon 9.50% with a tenor of three years.

The company will use the proceeds from the issuance of these bonds for working capital.

To issue these bonds, the company has obtained an 'A' rating of long-term debt securities from Pefindo.

The company has entrusted the implementing underwriter and the underwriter for the bonds to PT Sucor Sekuritas and the trustee of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk.
