Maintain Cash Flow, BALI Obtains Rp200 Billion Bank Mandiri Loans

PT Bali Towerindo Sentra Tbk (BALI) has signed a 5-term loan facility agreement with PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk worth Rp200 billion.

The credit facility has a tenor of 60 months from signing the credit agreement, including an availability period of 1 month, without a grading period.

"This loan facility aims to cover the company's cashflow gap in the context of paying off Bali Tower Phase 1 of 2020 sustainable bonds," said Deputy Director of Bali Tower, Lily Hidayat, in the IDX information disclosure Thursday (12/8).

The consideration and reason for this transaction are to consider the difference in competitive interest rates for the company.

This credit facility has collateral in the form of telecommunication towers and all supporting equipment.
