Jakarta - PT Indosat Tbk (ISAT) is ready to pay off its bonds maturing in June. The company also stated that it has unused bank loan facilities of Rp5.7 trillion as of December 31, 2021.

"Indosat plans to pay off the principal of sustainable bonds I phase II in 2015 series D of Rp337 billion and principal of sustainable sukuk Ijarah I phase II 2015 series D worth Rp43 billion," said ISAT Corporate Secretary Billy Nikolas in information disclosure on Thursday (17/2).

According to him, the bonds and sukuk ijarah will mature on June 4, 2022.

"With the bank loan facility, the repayment of debt securities will not interfere with the company's business continuity," he said.
