Owner and manager of Lucy In The Sky, PT Lima Dua Lima Tiga Tbk (LUCY), officially listed its first shares (IPO) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on Wednesday (5/5), with the issuer code LUCY.

The company released 337,500,000 ordinary shares with a nominal value of Rp10 per share in the name, representing 32.61% of the issued and fully paid-up capital in the company after the IPO.

"Shares are being offered at an offering price of Rp100, so the total funds raised are Rp33.75 billion," said LUCY President Director Surya Andarurachman Putra in Jakarta.

The company simultaneously also issued 236,250,000 Series I Warrants accompanying new shares or 33.87% of the total number of issued and fully paid shares at the registration statement in the framework IPO submitted.

Series I Warrants are given free of charge as an incentive for new shareholders whose names registered on the list of shareholders on the allotment date.
