Lippo Karawaci Marketing Sales Seen Increase in 2nd Half 2021


PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk (LPKR) is predicted to experience an increase in marketing sales in the second half of this year.

Citigroup Securities Indonesia analyst Felicia Asrinanda Barus said that this projection is supported by the increasing trend of property demand from the upper-middle segment and lower interest rates.

"Strong property demand in the middle segment and low interest rates for Home Ownership Loans (mortage) are the driving factors for increasing the company's property sales in semester II-2021. The increase in marketing sales is also supported by the opening of the Implementation of Restrictions on Community Activities (PPKM) in the near future," he said on Tuesday (27/7).

Regarding the realization in the first semester of 2021, according to him, Lippo Karawaci is one of the property developers who managed to record a marketing sales growth of 122% YoY to Rp2.33 trillion, despite the Eid holiday period in May 2021.
