Jakarta - PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk (WTON) throughout 2021 posted a profit for the year attributable to entities of Rp82.90 billion, down 35.25% compared to the previous year of Rp128.05 billion.

Based on the company financial report released on Monday (3/14), a 10.22% decline in WTON's operating income to Rp4.31 trillion from Rp4.80 trillion led to a decrease in profit.

Interest income also decreased by about two times, or from Rp23.98 billion to Rp12.70 billion.

WTON also has to accept other net expenses of Rp20.52 billion, down from the previous record of Rp40.46 billion in revenue.

Despite the decline in operating income, WTON managed to reduce the cost of revenue by around 9.03%, to Rp4.08 trillion, from Rp4.49 trillion.

Until the end of December 2021, WTON's total assets reached Rp8.92 trillion, with liabilities of Rp5.48 trillion and equity of Rp3.44 trillion.
