Jakarta - PT Saratoga Investama Sedaya Tbk (SRTG) throughout 2021 posted a profit for the year attributable to the entity reaching Rp24.88 trillion, an increase of 182.02% compared to the same period the previous year of Rp8.82 trillion.

The higher net profit on investment in shares and other equity securities of around 189.95% to Rp24.40 trillion from Rp8.41 trillion supported the profit increase, according to the financial report published on Monday (3/14).

Dividend and interest income also doubled from Rp767.97 billion to Rp1.65 trillion.

Saratoga also managed to pocket a change in the fair value of the investment property of Rp721 million from the previous zero.

The operating pace and other expenses were also successfully reduced by around 15.76% to Rp153.49 billion from Rp182.22 billion, respectively.
