Jakarta - PT Intiland Development Tbk (DILD) throughout 2021 posted a profit for the year attributable to owners, reaching Rp12.18 billion, or a drop of around 84.12% compared to the same period the previous year of Rp76.76 billion.

The financial report released on Wednesday (4/27) showed the decline in profit achievement was triggered by the weakening of operating income by around 9.09%, to Rp2.62 trillion from Rp2.89 trillion.

However, the company managed to reduce the cost of goods sold and direct costs by around 6.43%, bringing the total to Rp1.6 trillion from Rp1.71 trillion.

Until the end of 2021, the company's total assets were  at Rp16.46 trillion, with equity reaching Rp6.03 trillion and liabilities of Rp. 10.42 trillion.
