Jakarta - PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE) throughout 2021 posted a profit for the year attributable to owners reaching Rp1.35 trillion, an increase of 378.74% compared to the same period the previous year of Rp281.70 billion.

"Our solid sales performance and investment strategy drove our soaring profit growth," said BSDE Director Hermawan Wijaya in a statement issued in Jakarta on Friday (1/4).

According to Hermawan, the high consumer interest in quality property products marketed by the company with property sector incentives provided by the government is a positive catalyst for business revenue growth.

Meanwhile, operating income grew by about 23.85%, to Rp7.65 trillion from Rp6.18 trillion.
