Jakarta - PT Aneka Gas Industri Tbk (AGII) until the first semester of 2021 recorded a profit for the year attributable to owners of the parent entity reaching Rp94.89 billion or an increase of around 468.11% compared to the same period the previous year of Rp16.70 billion.

The financial report published on Monday (30/8) showed the significant growth in profit for the year was triggered by a 25.72% increase in net sales to Rp1.29 trillion from Rp1.03 trillion.

However, the company's cost of goods sold during the first semester of 2021 increased by 19.90% to Rp701,209 billion, compared to the same period the previous year of Rp582.279 billion.

As of semester I-2021, AGII's total assets reached Rp7.71 trillion with liabilities of Rp4.23 trillion and equity of Rp3.48 trillion.
