Jakarta -PT Elnusa Tbk (ELSA) posted a surge in profit for the year attributable to owners during the first three months of this year of around 4,562% to Rp74.934 billion compared to the same period last year of only Rp1.607 billion.

The profit growth was supported by an increase in operating income of around 34% to Rp2.4 trillion from Rp1.8 trillion. The energy distribution & logistics service segment contributed to this consolidated operating income with 54%, upstream oil and gas services with 38%, and support services with 8%.

In addition, Elnusa's EBITDA increased 9% to Rp248 billion from Rp227 billion.
