PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk (BRMS) recorded 880.6% growth in net profit attributable to parent company owners to US$1.61 million in the first quarter of 2021 from the same period the previous year of only US$165,057.

The company's financial report published on Tuesday (11/5) showed that the strengthening of revenue by 37.13% to US$1.35 million from US$991,860 led to an increase in net profit.

In addition, the company earned another income of US$2.15 million or 499.2% higher than the previous year's achievement of only US$359,491.

Lower interest and financial expenses of around 97.49% to US$1,639 from US$65,394 contributed to the increase in other income.
