PT Krakatau Steel  Tbk established an infrastructure facility sub-holding that made PT Krakatau Industrial Estate Cilegon (PT KIEC) the parent unit.

The formation of this sub-holding is the result of the integration of several subsidiaries of Krakatau Steel.

"The establishment of this subholding is carried out within a period of three months from March 2021," said Krakatau Steel President Director Silmy Karim in a statement Monday (5/7).

Infrastructure Facilities Subholding is a company engaged in integrated industrial estate services with four main areas: industrial estates, energy supply, industrial water supply, and ports.
