President Commissioner Sarman Simanjorang Resigns From Delta Jakarta


Jakarta - President Commissioner of PT Delta Djakarta Tbk (DLTA) Sarman Simanjorang resigned after three years and four months in office.

His resignation is due to his new job as a Commissioner at PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy, which the Ministry of SOEs assigned.

The DKI Jakarta SOE Commissioner rules regulate the prohibition of concurrent positions as a Commissioner in SOE.

"So I have to be willing to give up my position at PT Delta Djakarta Tbk," in a written statement in Jakarta on Wednesday (25/8).

Sarman was appointed as President Commissioner and has a term of service until 2023. When he led the Board of Commissioners, Delta Djakarta deposited dividends in 2019 to the regional treasury of Rp100.48 billion with a net profit of Rp317 billion.

Sarman will be replaced by Roy Pakpahan, who previously served as a member of the Commissioner and received an official assignment from the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government as P
