Jakarta - PT Kioson Komersial Indonesia Tbk (KIOS) obtained rights issue approval through the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on Tuesday, August 24, 2021.

According to Reginald Trisna, President Director of PT Kioson Komersial Indonesia Tbk, the rights issue is intended to promote the growth of the company's business lines and positively influence financial conditions, providing added value to shareholders.

"If everything goes according to plan, the proceeds from this corporate action will be used to develop trading, warehousing and telecommunications business activities which are part of the main business activities of the company and its subsidiaries," he said in a statement on Thursday (26/8).
