After IPO, Catur Sentosa's Stake in Kusuma Kemindo Shrinks


Jakarta - PT Catur Sentosa Adiprana Tbk (CSAP) announced that the company's share ownership in PT Kusuma Kemindo Sentosa Tbk (KKES) has shrunk to 40.80% from 51%.

This was conveyed by CSAP Corporate Secretary Idrus Widjayakusuma in information disclosure on Wednesday (8/10).

The decrease in share ownership percentage resulted from implementing the public offering of KKES shares on August 8, 2022.

Before the IPO, the composition of KKES shareholders was CSAP with 51% shares, PT Budilestari Sentosa with 14%, Kiki Rusmin Sadrach with 13.32%, Kundi Wijaya with 10%, Sri Lanty Totong 5%, Retno Widyanti Harsono 3.36%, and Felicia Widyanti Harsono 3.32%.

After the IPO, the composition of KKES shareholders became CSAP 40.80%, PT Budilestari Sentosa 11.20%, Kiki Rusmin Sadrach 10.65%, Kundi Wijaya 8%, Sri Lanty Totong 4%, Retno Widyanti Harsono 2.68%, and Felicia Widyanti Harsono 2.65%, and the community 20%.
