Jakarta - PT Kedoya Adyaraya Tbk (RSGK) will become the 35th listed company in 2021 to list its shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

With an offering price of Rp1,720 per share, the company, engaged in health services, received fresh funds of Rp319.81 billion.

President Director of Kedoya Adyaraya Liem Kian Hong said the company was founded on the ideas and dreams of the shareholders consisting of entrepreneurs and professional elements of health workers.

"The dream is to improve the standard of applicable health services to reach an international level," he said in a statement on Wednesday (8/9).

According to Liem, the company is committed to improving management and health services by prioritizing a humanist approach in solving every problem and improving the quality of its services.

"Currently, RSGK considers it necessary to take a measured step forward in changing the company's status from previously c
