The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) of PT Kalbe Farma Tbk (KLBF) approved the distribution of cash dividends from the 2020 financial year worth Rp28 per share or a total of Rp1.3 trillion.

Previously, the company distributed an interim dividend of Rp281.3 billion on December 18, 2020 or Rp6 per share.

"The total distribution of final dividends is worth Rp1.6 trillion," said Kalbe Farma Corporate Secretary and Investor Relations Lukito Kurniawan Gozali, on Friday (28/5).

Under the prevailing capital market regulations, dividend payments will be made no later than 30 days after the announcement of the results of the AGMS with a schedule and procedures that will be announced soon.

According to Lukito, the company remains optimistic about the growth potential and projects an increase in sales and net profit of 5-6% in 2021.
