JCI Tad Down 0.19 Points, Investors Wait and See


Jakarta - The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) at the opening of trading on Wednesday (15/9) opened with a correction of 5.19 points in line with the wait-and-see action taken by market players.

"Market players are expected to wait for trade balance data to be released today which has the potential to affect market movements," said PT Samuel Sekuritas Research in Jakarta.

Other economic data that will also be released today is statistics on Indonesia's foreign debt.

Meanwhile, at the opening of trading on Wednesday, the JCI weakened 5.19 points (0.08%) to 6,123.91.

Meanwhile, the leading stock index LQ45 fell 1.53 points (0.18%) to 868.77.
