Jakarta - The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) in trading on Thursday (9/29) has the potential to weaken.

"Global and regional market movements still seem to overshadow the movement of the JCI," PT Yugen Bertumbuh Sekuritas CEO William Suryawijaya said in his research note.

He added that the lack of sentiment that could push the JCI up was still due to the economic slowdown.

"Today the JCI has the potential to weaken in the range of 6,998-7,236," he said.
