JCI Seen Weakening as Investors' Selling May Lingers in Market

Jakarta - The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) on Wednesday (8/9) has the potential to weaken by moving within levels of support at 6,051 and resistance at 6,142.

"The continued selling action of investors in the Indonesia Stock Exchange will result in a further decline in the JCI that will still occur in trading this Wednesday. It follows the fall of the Dow Jones index overnight by 0.71% and driven by the continued fall in the prices of several commodities such as oil, gold, coal, nickel and tin," said Director of MNC Asset Management Edwin Sebayang in Jakarta.

In today's trading, stocks that deserve investors' attention include JPFA, BBRI, ITMG, SMRA, PRDA, CTRA, MTDL, BSDE, MAPI.
