JCI Opens up 0.32 Percent at 6,126


The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) at the opening of trading today, Friday (5/2), rose 19.54 points or 0.32 percent to 6,126.

Of all stocks traded, 201 were up, 87 stocks weakened, and 156 stocks unchanged. Trade transactions reached Rp590.8 billion from 561.3 million shares traded.

Among the top gainers in the LQ45 index, namely, PT Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk (TBLA) rose Rp70 or 7.61 percent to Rp990, PT Lotte Chemical Titan Tbk (FPNI) increased Rp17 or 6.92 percent to Rp278, and PT Aneka Gas Industri Tbk (AGII) increased by Rp70 or 5.32 percent to Rp1,385.

Meanwhile, stocks that entered the LQ45 top losers, among others, PT Alfa Energi Investama Tbk (FIRE) fell Rp34 or 6.67 percent to Rp476, shares of PT J Resources Asia Pasifik Tbk (PSAB) fell Rp14 or 6.42 percent to Rp204 and shares of PT Widodo Makmur Unggas Tbk (WMUU) fell by Rp18 or 6.38 percent to Rp264.
