JCI Ends Rising 0.09% to 6,150


Jakarta - The Jakarta Composite Index at the end of today's trading, Tuesday (31/8), slightly rose 0.09% or 5.4 points to 6,150.

There were 271 stocks rising, 243 stocks weakening, and 131 stocks stagnant. The total transaction volume reached 23.36 billion shares with a transaction value of Rp12.83 trillion.

There were only four sectors that strengthened along with the JCI. The technology sector rose 1.67%, the raw goods sector rose 1.01%, the non-primary consumer goods sector rose 0.50%, the infrastructure sector rose 0.41%.

The top gainers in the  LQ45 were PT Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper Tbk (INKP) 6.04%, PT Paper Factory Tjiwi Kimia Tbk (TKIM) 5.96%, PT Timah Tbk (TINS) 4.10%.

Meanwhile, the top losers in the LQ45 were PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk (INDF) -5.36%, PT Kalbe Farma Tbk (KLBF) -3.58%, PT Adaro Energy Tbk (ADRO) -3.08%.
