Jakarta - The Jakarta Composite Index, at the end of today's trading on Thursday (19/8), weakened 125.82 points or 2.06% to 5,992.32.

One hundred twenty stocks were rising, 407 stocks weakening, and 120 stocks unchanged. The total trading volume of shares reached 24.77 billion shares with a total turnover of Rp14.10 trillion.

All sectoral indices are compact in the red at the end of today's trading. The sectoral index with the deepest weakness was the Energy Sector IDX, which fell 2.42%.

The top gainers in the LQ45 were PT Erajaya Swasembada Tbk (ERAA) (0.84%), PT Charoen Pokphand Indonesia Tbk (CPIN) (0.78%), PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA) (0 ,00%).

The top losers in the LQ45 were PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTM) (-5.42%), PT Summarecon Agung Tbk (SMRA) (-5.00%), PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk (BBRI) (-4.67%).
