The Jakarta Composite Index, at the close of trading on Wednesday (9/6), rose 0.80% or 48.11 points to 6,047.47.

Two hundred forty-five stocks were up, 259 stocks down, and 135 stocks unchanged. Transaction volume reached 26.40 billion shares with a transaction value of Rp12.68 trillion.

The biggest jump was seen in the transportation and logistics sector index, which rose 4.77%. Meanwhile, five sectors still ended up in the red zone, such as the health sector, the property and real estate sector, the infrastructure sector, the non-primary consumer goods sector, and the primary consumer goods sector.

The top gainers in the LQ45 were PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk (MEDC) 8.96%, PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk (MDKA) 6.34%, PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk (TBIG) 5.18%.

Meanwhile, the top losers in the LQ45 were PT Mitra Keluarga Karyasehat Tbk (MIKA) -5.06%, PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE) -3.69%, PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk (UNVR) -3 ,20%.
