The Jakarta Composite Index at the end of trading Monday (9/8) fell 75.98 points (1.22%) to 6,127.46.

One hundred fifty-seven stocks were rising, 357 stocks weakening, and 142 stocks unchanged. The total transaction volume reached 31.78 billion shares with a transaction value of Rp20.08 trillion.

Of the 11 sectors, nine sectoral indices declined along with the JCI. Meanwhile, two sectoral indices were able to strengthen today.

Meanwhile, the top gainers in the LQ45 were PT Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk (ITMG) 2.32%, PT Ace Hardware Indonesia Tbk (ACES) 1.87%, PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk (PWON) 0.93%.

Among the top losers in the LQ45 included PT Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper Tbk (INKP) -3.93%, PT Paper Factory Tjiwi Kimia Tbk (TKIM) 3.25%, PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE) - 3.23%.
