The Jakarta Composite Index, at the end of today's trading on Wednesday (23/6), decreased 53.29 points or 0.88% to 6,034.54.

There were 194 stocks up, 307 stocks down, and 133 stocks unchanged. The total trading volume reached 23.77 billion with a turnover of Rp11.69 trillion.

During trading, the JCI was initially opened in the green zone but then reversed towards the red zone. Throughout today's trading, the JCI moved from the lowest range of 6,034.54 - 6,140.09.

Meanwhile, the top gainers in the LQ45 were PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (TOWR) 2.90% to Rp1,240 per share, PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk (TLKM) 2.12% to Rp3,370 per share, PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk (TPIA) 1.79% to Rp9,950 per share.

Meanwhile, the top losers in the LQ45 were PT Paper Factory Tjiwi Kimia Tbk (TKIM) -4.35% to Rp8,250 per share, PT Kalbe Farma Tbk (KLBF) -4.23% to Rp1,360 per share, PT Ciputra Development Tbk (CTRA) -4.21% to Rp910 per share.
