The Jakarta Composite Index at the end of trading Wednesday (14/7) closed down 32.82 points (0.55%) to 5,979.22.

One hundred seventy-two stocks were rising, 327 stocks weakening, and 143 stocks unchanged. The total share trading volume reached 16.90 billion shares with a total turnover of Rp9.65 trillion.

Seven sectoral indexes weakened, following the decline in the JCI. In contrast, the other three sectoral indices survived to the green zone.

Meanwhile, the top gainers in the LQ45 were PT Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk (ITMG) (3.83%), PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk (JSMR) (3.24%), PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk (TBIG ) (2.80%).

The top losers in the LQ45 were PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk (PWON) (-4.65%), PT Ace Hardware Indonesia Tbk (ACES) (-4.55%), PT Paper Factory Tjiwi Kimia Tbk (TKIM) (-4.32%).
