The Jakarta Composite Index at the end of today's trading, Tuesday (10/8), closed down 0.64% or 39,048 points to a level of 6,088.408.

There were 187 stocks gaining, 308 stocks falling, and 149 stocks unchanged. The total trading volume was 22.8 billion shares with a transaction value of Rp12.6 trillion.

Three sectoral indices that contributed most to the decline in the JCI were, among others, Transportation Sector IDX -1.14%, Infrastructure Sector IDX -1.13%, and Primary Consumer Goods Sector IDX -0.82%.

Meanwhile, the top gainers in the LQ45 were PT Ace Hardware Indonesia Tb (ACES) up 6.99% to Rp1,455, PT Kalbe Farma Tbk (KLBF) up 5.24% to Rp1,305, PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTM) rose 3.54% to Rp2,340.

Meanwhile, the top losers in the LQ45 were PT Barito Pacific TB (BRPT) which fell 5.91% to Rp 1,035, PT Mitra Keluarga Karya Sehat Tbk (MIKA) fell 4.18% to Rp 2,290, PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk (TBIG) fell 3.57% to Rp2.970.
