The Jakarta Composite Index at the end of trading today, on Wednesday (21/4), closed down 45.08 points or 0.7% at 5,993.24.

Two hundred six stocks strengthened, 329 stocks weakened, and 175 stocks unchanged. Market turnover was Rp5.25 trillion, coming from 10 billion shares traded.

Among the stocks included in the top gainers in the LQ45, were BRAM which rose Rp900 or 18.8% to Rp5,700, UNTR rose Rp475 or 2.2% to Rp22,475. BYAN rose Rp400 or 3.3% to Rp12,550.

Meanwhile, stocks among the LQ45 top losers included, BBCA which fell Rp350 or 1.1% to Rp30,825, SUPR decreased Rp350 or 5.3% to Rp6,275. MCAS fell Rp275 or 4.5% to Rp5,775.
