Jaya Real Property Eyes Marketing Sales Growth 10% This Year


PT Jaya Real Property Tbk (JRPT) targets marketing sales this year to increase in the range of 5%-10% compared to the realization in 2020.

"From our various segments, namely Bintaro, non-Bintaro, and the apartment segment, so far this is good. The cheaper segment benefits from the tax factor (the VAT incentive)," said Jaya Real Property Director Djuniardi Christanto on  Tuesday (22/6).

As an illustration, JRPT's marketing sales in 2020 reached Rp1.62 trillion, decreasing by 21.3% compared to the realization of pre-sales in 2019 of Rp2.06 trillion. From the figures, the company is targeting marketing sales of Rp1.78 trillion in 2021.

In detail, last year, the landed Bintaro segment still dominated the sales with a portion of 52%, followed by landed non-Bintaro with 32% and the condominium segment with 17%.

This year, the composition of JRPT's marketing sales is projected not to shift much.
