PT Jaya Real Property Tbk (JRPT) posted a net profit throughout 2020 of Rp924.9 billion, or a decrease of 9.04% compared to the achievement of the same period the previous year of Rp1 trillion.

The company's financial performance presentation showed that the decline in profit was influenced by the weakening of operating income by 9.83% to Rp2.18 trillion by the end of 2020, compared to the same period in 2019 Rp2.42 trillion.

The cost of goods sold and direct costs were slightly down by 0.04% to Rp1.02 trillion. As a result, the company's gross profit was recorded at Rp1.16 trillion or corrected 17% from the 2019 achievement of Rp1.39 trillion.

Furthermore, the company's operating profit was Rp1.09 trillion, up 2.19% from the end of 2019, amounting to Rp1.07 trillion. Meanwhile, profit before income tax increased by 1.07% to Rp1.06 trillion, compared to that of 2019 at Rp1.05 trillion.

Meanwhile, the company's total assets, as of December 31, 2020, reached Rp. 11.48 trillion, up 2.83% from December 31, 2019, which was Rp. 11.16 trillion.
