PT Jasnita Telekomindo Tbk (JAST) plans to increase its capital by providing Pre-emptive Rights of a maximum of 406.81 million shares.

Based on the summary prospectus published on Tuesday (10/8), together with the Pre-emptive Rights, JAST issues a maximum of 406.81 series I warrants attached to 1 series I warrant for Rightsholders.

PT Perdana Inti Sejahtera stated that it would participate in the Preemptive Rights to which it was entitled.

The company will use the funds obtained by JAST from the rights issue to acquire PT Cozmo Serviced Apartments and the company's working capital.

Meanwhile, the schedule for implementing this corporate action is that the EGMS will take place on 12 August 2021, the rights issue registration statement on 16 August 2021, and the estimated effective date of the OJK on 23 September 2021.
