PT Jasnita Telekomindo Tbk (JAST) plans to acquire PT Cozmo Service Apartments (CSA).

"The plan will be approved by shareholders at the EGMS which will be held on August 12, 2021," said JAST Corporate Secretary Nathania Olinda in the IDX information disclosure on Wednesday (4/8).

According to Nathania, the company will carry out this acquisition by issuing shares with Pre-emptive Rights with a maximum number of 406.813 million shares planned to be issued, accompanied by the issuance of Series I warrants can be converted into shares of a maximum of 406,813,350 shares.
