Jakarta - PT Jasnita Telekomindo Tbk (JAST) plans to acquire ITradeit.com with a transaction value of around Rp12.88 billion - Rp17.17 billion.

"Currently, the planned transaction is still in the final negotiation stage between the seller and the buyer," said JAST President Director Yentoro in information disclosure in Jakarta on Friday (6/10).

According to the agreement, payment for the purchase of shares is made in installments. The details are that JAST has provided an advance for the purchase of Itradeit's shares of Rp5.85 billion. Then, on December 17, 2021, JAST again provided a second down payment of Rp2 billion and Rp4 billion on June 7, 2022.

"The remaining payments will be made no later than June 30, 2022, accompanied by the delivery of shares, a maximum of July 15, 2022," he explained.

Meanwhile, the source of funds used by JAST is internal cash.
