Jakarta - PT Jasa Marga Tbk divested 160,018 shares of PT Jasamarga Pandaan Malang to PT Astra Tol Nusantara.

"This step is marked by the signing of the deed of sale and purchase of PT Jasa Marga Pandaan Malang shares between Jasa Marga and PT Astra Tol Nusantara on December 30, 2021," said Jasa Marga Corporate Secretary Reza Febriano in information disclosure in Jakarta on Monday (3/1).

With this transaction, the composition of share ownership in PT Jasamarga Pandaan Malang is PT Jasa Marga Tbk with 906,770 shares (51%) and PT Astra Tol Nusantara with 871,210 shares (49%).

Previously, the shareholders of PT Jasamarga Pandaan Malang were PT Jasa Marga Tbk which controlled 1.06 million shares (60%), PT PP (Persero) Tbk as many as 622,293 shares (35%), and PT SMI (Persero) about 88,899 shares (5%).
