Jakarta - PT Wijaya Karya Bangunan Gedung Tbk (WEGE) recorded a decrease in profit for the current period attributable to owners for the January-September 2022 period of around 38.93% to Rp91.983 billion from the same period last year of Rp150.623 billion.

The company's financial report released on Friday (11/11) showed that the low profit was due to a 31.65% decline in revenue to Rp1.673 trillion from Rp2.448 trillion.

However, WEGE managed to reduce the cost of revenue by around 31.92% to Rp1,529 trillion from Rp2,246 trillion.

Operating expenses increased by about 18.59% to Rp54.514 billion from Rp45.965 billion.

Other income was successfully increased by 28.38% to Rp191.750 billion from Rp149.356 billion.

WEGE's total assets reached Rp5.247 trillion as of September this year, with liabilities of Rp2.860 trillion and equity of Rp2.386 trillion. The balance of cash and cash equivalents at the end of the period was Rp.428.09
