Jakarta - PT Semen Indonesia  Tbk (SMGR) achieved profit growth for the period attributable to owners for the January-September 2022 period of around 18.96%, to Rp1.650 trillion from the same period last year of Rp1.387 trillion.

The company's financial report released on Wednesday (11/2), the strengthening of profit was supported by SMGR's success in achieving other operating income of around Rp80.984 billion, reversing from the previous burden of Rp37.053 billion.

The company also earned a share of the net proceeds of associates and joint ventures of Rp2.397 billion, reversing the previous loss of Rp34.105 billion.

Revenue increased by only 0.19% to Rp25.280 trillion from Rp25.330 trillion, which was offset by a 1.6% increase in revenue costs to Rp17.937 trillion from Rp17.654 trillion.

It maintained financial expenses at Rp2.024 trillion, similar to last year's period.
