Jakarta - PT Multipolar Tbk (MLPL) recorded a profit attributable to owners for the January-September 2022 period of around Rp82.329 billion, down 47.25% from the same period last year of Rp156.091 billion.

The company's financial report released on Thursday (11/3) showed that the higher cost of goods and services sold by around 11.69% to Rp6.716 trillion from Rp6.013 trillion, making the lower profit.

In addition, investment income was depleted by about 80.41% to Rp106.505 billion from Rp543.860 billion. Operating expenses jumped by approximately 10.03% to Rp1.535 trillion from Rp1.395 trillion.

Nevertheless, the company managed to increase net sales by around 9.72 percent to Rp 8.143 trillion from Rp 7.421 trillion.
