Jakarta - PT Krakatau Steel Tbk, as of the third quarter of 2022, posted a profit for the period attributable to owners of US$80.15 million, or grew by around 34.21% compared to the same period the previous year of US$59.72 million.

In the financial report released on Tuesday (1/11), the company said the profit increase was supported by a high net income of around 14.47% to US $ 1.843 billion from US $ 1.61 billion.

Along with the increase in net income, the cost of revenue also increased by around 16.66% to uS$1.65 billion from US$1.41 billion.

The company also increased net other operating income by about 16 times or from US$1.95 million to US$16.80 million.

As of September 2022, the company recorded total assets of US$3.72 billion, with liabilities of US$3.17 billion and equity of US$558.12 million.
