Jakarta - PT Intiland Development Tbk (DILD), until the third quarter of 2022, posted a loss for the year attributable to owners of Rp91.20 billion, compared to the same period the previous year, when it earned a profit of Rp77.231 billion.

In the financial report released on Friday (12/2), the company said an increase in net other expenses by around 5.14% to Rp528.25 billion from Rp502.39 billion triggered this loss.

The goods sold and direct costs also increased by around 8.58%, to Rp1.16 trillion from Rp1.07 trillion.

However, the company managed to reduce operating expenses by around 7.75% to Rp272.99 billion from Rp295.93 billion.

Operating revenues increased by around 5.19% to Rp1.92 trillion from Rp1.82 trillion.

As of September 2022, the company's total assets were at Rp16.86 trillion, with liabilities of Rp10.94 trillion and equity of Rp5.92 trillion.
