Jakarta - PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI) announced that Rosan Perkasa Roeslani has resigned as President Commissioner and Independent Commissioner of BUMI.

"We inform you that on August 24, 2021, the company has received a letter of resignation from Mr. Rosan as President Commissioner and Independent Commissioner of the company," said Director of BUMI Dileep Srivastava in the IDX information disclosure on Thursday (26/8).

This resignation is because Rosan received a new assignment from the Indonesian government to serve as Indonesian Ambassador to the United States.

"As a further process for the resignation of the company's Commissioner, we will carry out the process as stipulated in the company's articles of association and applicable laws and regulations," he said.
