KIJA Obtains US$100 Million Loan Facility


Jakarta - PT Kawasan Industri Jababeka Tbk (KIJA) obtained a term loan facility from PT Bank Mandiri Tbk worth US$100 million.

Jababeka International BV issued bonds amounting to US$300 million, 6.5%, which were previously issued by Jababeka International BV and mature in October 2023," he said in an information disclosure on Thursday (6/10).

He added that this loan facility has a tenor of 5 years from the date of the credit agreement as of October 3, 2022. The bonds carry a coupon of 5.5% per year.

"Principal installments every six months, which results in the weighted average being around 3.5 years," he added.

With the existence of a Bank Mandiri loan that the company will use to make payments on existing debts, the company believes that obtaining a loan can positively impact the company.
