Jakarta - PT Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk (ITMG) received Rp210.42 billion from the sale of shares from the buyback.

"On March 7, 2022, the company completed the sale of shares from the buyback of 7.2 million shares," ITMG Director Julius Prakasa Darmawan said in a news release in Jakarta on Wednesday (9/3).

He explained that the selling price of the buyback shares was Rp. 29,225 per share.

"After the sale of the share buyback, the remaining shares from the buyback that have not been transferred are 7.98 million shares," he said.
